Question 1: What types of cleaning services do you offer?

We currently specialize in residential house cleaning only. We do not offer commercial, construction, post-renovation, or office cleaning.

Our services include:

⚫Deep Clean – A thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning. This is our most comprehensive option and is strongly recommended for all first-time customers.

⚫Move In/Out Clean – Ideal for empty homes before or after a move.

⚫Recurring Cleans – Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. These are available only after a Deep Clean has been completed.

⚫Standard Clean – A lighter, maintenance-level clean for homes that have already received a Deep Clean through us.This option is not recommended for first-time clients unless specifically requested.

99% of the time, a Deep Clean is the right starting point. It allows our cleaners to reset the home thoroughly and ensures future maintenance cleans are effective and efficient.

Question 2: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home unless you prefer to be. Many of our clients provide access through a lockbox or smart lock. Just let us know what works best for you.

Question 3: Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! Our cleaners arrive with all the cleaning products, equipment, and tools they need to do the job right.

Question 4: Are your cleaners insured?

Absolutely. All cleaners we refer are fully insured and background checked.

Question 5: How do I pay?

We accept major credit cards and e-transfers. Payment is typically collected after the cleaning is completed unless arranged otherwise.

Question 6: Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, we understand things come up. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid a late cancellation fee.
